How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. You must first contact us to request a refund. Please do not return an item without contacting us in advance.
Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
Some items can not be returned if they are damaged in any way.
Merchandise that has been visual signs of use, or has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns will be credited in full minus shipping. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Purchaser is responsible for shipping fees back to seller.
Please be sure to return items in original packaging
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. Exchanges will be treated as 100% store credit.
